yacht racing has inherent risks and dangers that are beyond the control of the organising authority. I
understand and its officers, members and servants nor other persons assisting with the conduct of the series
accept any responsibility in respect of any injury or loss to person or property that may be sustained by reason
of participation in the series or howsoever arising in connection with the series.
3. I declare that my boat complies with the appropriate Safety Regulations Category for the race or races entered, as
required in the NoR.
4. I agree to payment of the race fees as specified in the Notice of Race.
5. I agree to comply with the sailing instructions for this race.
6. I confirm that I have public liability insurance with a minimum cover of $5,000,000.
7. I agree that my vessel is registered under the current owner with Yachting NZ.
8. I confirm that there is a licensed VHF radio operator on board.
